Every item from The Mad Bandit is printed specifically for you after your order is placed. This print-on-demand process reduces waste, allows us to offer unique designs, and ensures your shirt is made just for you.
Most orders are printed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Delivery times depend on your location, but you’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Good things take a little time. Great shirts do too.
If you contact us quickly, we’ll do everything we can to update your order before production begins.
Once your shirt enters production, it has officially begun its journey to greatness, and changes usually aren’t possible.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey.
If tracking looks unusual or your package appears to be taking the scenic route across the country, contact us and we’ll gladly help.
Before we commit to global excellence and domination, we are perfecting our logistical system here in the United States. So currently, we do not typically ship internationally.

We accept most Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, etc.). We also accept PayPal, GooglePay, and ApplePay. Probably some other things too. Maybe some seeds and beans.

We are giving away trade secrets here, but we are all about transparency. Other t-shirt companies won’t tell you what shirts they use. We are different (in more than one way).
Currently, The Mad Bandit is a fan of the Gildan 64000 for the short sleeve unisex shirts. He owns A LOT of his shirts. He is working on the long sleeve, hoodie and feminine cut selections, but for now, we are rolling with Gildan brand. I have had shirts from Gildan for over 15 years…if you want a picture, I will send you some that were gifted to me long ago….with hundreds of washes.
The heather colors are a bit softer, as they are a blend, and are the favorites of the Bandit, but the solid 100% cotton shirts are no slackers!
But…at the end of the day…here is my commitment to you (as the owner). I will not put out a shirt if I do not feel that it meets my quality standard. If it isn’t comfortable or a quality product, I will switch manufacturers.
We will select premium apparel that’s soft, comfortable, durable, and designed for your everyday wear.

Our printing process is designed for durability.
Like any quality garment, proper care helps maximize its lifespan. Wash cold, turn the shirt inside out, and tumble dry on low heat whenever possible.
Most cotton garments experience minimal natural shrinkage, no matter the manufacturer. The heather colors (as they are a blend) tend to stay truer to size….and geez…they are soft.
For the best fit, wash with cold water and dry on low heat.
Introducing your shirt to extremely high temperatures may result in an unplanned youth-sized version. But hey…sometimes that makes the shirts even funnier.
Every product page includes a detailed sizing chart, and here is a link to a general sizing chart.
If you’re between sizes and enjoy a relaxed fit, we generally recommend sizing up.
Most designs are available in sizes Small through 2XL, with selected products offering additional size options.
Availability varies by product, but 99% of our products are small to 2XL.

Because every order is custom printed specifically for you, we generally cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll absolutely make it right.

Please contact us within a few days of delivery and include photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
We’ll work quickly to replace it or find the best solution. We are here to give you great customer service. No cliches. Just real.
