Welcome to The Mad Bandit.
We make shirts designed to start conversations. We also run an actual business, which means there are a few rules, rights, responsibilities, and other assorted grown-up things we need to put in writing.
We’ve tried to keep this readable because nobody should need a law degree to buy a shirt.
By using The Mad Bandit’s website, purchasing our products, or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to the terms below.
LEGAL NOTICE
We may communicate with you electronically, including through notices posted on this website, email, or other reasonable means.
Notices posted on our website will be considered delivered within thirty (30) days of posting unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If you need to send us a formal notice, please use the contact information provided on our website. Notices sent by mail will generally be considered delivered five (5) days after they are sent, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
For ordinary questions, however, please don’t mail us a letter. Email is much faster and considerably less dramatic.

We do our best to keep the information on the site accurate and current, but occasionally a typo, pricing error, technical glitch, or other human/computer mishap may sneak through.
Product descriptions, pricing, availability, promotions, and other information may be corrected, changed, or updated without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, restrict access to the website, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary, including where we believe there has been fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or otherwise harmful activity.
We make shirts for people. We don’t make shirts for nonsense.

Your privacy matters to us.

We don’t need to know your entire life story to sell you a shirt.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently ship to locations listed in our Shipping Policy.
Because our products are made to order, your shirt doesn’t come from a warehouse where it has been sitting around waiting for someone to notice it.
Once you place an order, it enters production. Production and delivery times can vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping costs and available destinations are described in our Shipping Policy.
We’ll provide tracking information when it becomes available.
If a carrier decides to take your package on an unexpected spiritual journey, we’ll do our best to help.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Currently, we do not offer international shipping, but If we decide to offer shipping outside the United States, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout. International shipping costs are not included in published pricing.
International shipping times may vary considerably.
You are responsible for making sure the products you order may legally be imported into your country.
Customs rules are weird. We didn’t make them.
SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax will be collected where required by law.
The amount of tax may vary based on the destination of your order and applicable state or local requirements.
WARRANTIES & DISCLAIMERS
We work hard to make The Mad Bandit website and products something we’re proud to put our name on.
However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, completely error-free, or free from every possible technical hiccup.
Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Mad Bandit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or products, except where such limitations are prohibited by law.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our Return and Refund Policy explains when and how returns, refunds, replacements, or other remedies may be available.
Because our products are made to order, not every product is eligible for a return simply because you changed your mind. Specific eligibility depends on the circumstances and the applicable policy.
If something arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise isn’t what you ordered, contact us and we’ll work with you to figure it out.
ORDERS & PAYMENTS
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
An order confirmation means we’ve received your order. It does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted for fulfillment.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors and to cancel orders affected by obvious errors, fraud, unauthorized activity, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If we cancel an order after you’ve paid, we’ll refund the amount paid for the cancelled portion of the order.
MISCELLANEOUS
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, in the United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts having appropriate jurisdiction, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any policies specifically referenced here, constitute the agreement between you and The Mad Bandit regarding your use of this website, unless otherwise stated.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the updated version on this website.

Read the shipping and return policies before ordering.
